How do I rent an item?▾
Browse items, click "Book Now", choose dates and pickup method, and submit your request.
Is my deposit safe?▾
Yes. Your security deposit is held by Pickia and refunded after the item is safely returned.
What if the item is damaged?▾
Raise a dispute from your booking page. Pickia support will investigate and resolve it fairly.
How do I become a verified user?▾
Go to your profile and upload your CNIC front, back, and a selfie. Approval takes 1-2 business days.
How do I list my item for rent?▾
Click "+ Post Item", fill in details, set your price and availability, and publish.
