1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Pickia Rental, you agree to these terms. Pickia Rental is a peer-to-peer marketplace connecting item owners with renters in Pakistan.

2. User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate information, treat rented items with care, and return items in the same condition. Owners must accurately describe their items.

3. Security Deposit

Deposits are held by Pickia and released after successful return. Disputes are handled by Pickia support.

4. Platform Fee

Pickia charges a small platform fee on each completed transaction to maintain the service.
